Meet Rob Keller
After a few years in the construction industry, Rob Keller embarked on his own General Contracting business in 1989. Over the years Rob and his team (many who have worked for decades alongside him), have built a strong business and solid reputation with hard work, the highest level of skill and craftsmanship, dedication to clients and the ability to adapt and evolve with the ever-changing building trends and styles. Always proud of his relationships with customers, Rob also enjoys long standing associations with subcontractors and suppliers who also provide the same high level of service that is expected. Rob’s genuine desire to deliver a finished job that will please the homeowner, a commercial client and architects alike is what has allowed him to remain successful and enjoy countless referrals in addition to the many who return for new projects for years. A lifelong resident of the area, Rob takes great pride in his business and his commitment is unwavering.
Preconstruction Design & Estimate
Projects come in all shapes, sizes, and circumstances, and each is valued by our team. We will work closely with you, the architect, sub-contractors, design team, and interior designers. In addition, we secure all needed building permits to ensure a smooth start. Once we begin our work, the journey to a successful project completion begins.
Construction
Whether you have vacated your home or commercial space or are living/working through the construction process, we strive to respect your property. We will guide you through the stages such as demolition, framing & insulation, rough mechanicals, and installations. In addition, we continue to schedule and coordinate the subcontractors to move through the process seamlessly. The progression of any construction endeavor can be overwhelming at times, but trust we are here for you every step of the way to guide you, and we are available to answer any questions throughout the duration of the project.

The Finishing Touches
As the end of the project nears, we will ensure any and all punch list items are completed. We will secure final inspections so you are ready to enjoy your new home, space, or office. We pride ourselves in leaving you with a final product you will appreciate for years to come.
